Min OSX/MacOS spec? App wont launch

Not sure I have found a list of min specs for the RaceCapture app yet. Perhaps I have another problem.
I am running successfully on M1/13.1/16gb
On an older mac, 8gb, intel i7, with either 10.15 OSX or now updated to 12.7.6 MacOS I can not get the app to launch successfully. No errors in the UI. Just won't launch

Hi, right now the system requires a fairly recent version of MacOS. try the latest 2.16.0 app we dropped today and see if that works.

There might be a way to make it more compatible with older OS's, but we're not sure if that will be possible.
