I discovered and fixed a weird problem today. As it turns out, if the configuration contains the value '85', it would corrupt the configuration in the ignition controller, requiring a complete wipe and and re-update of the ignition config.
Since the value '85' represents the ASCII character 'U' (the controller's "Update" command) it would reset the update process in the middle of the *current* update process, causing data corruption.
Fortunately, it was an easy one line fix in the firmware code to prevent it from recognizing the update command during an update in process.
