'91 Mustang dual plug EDIS

I have a wrecked '91 4 cylinder Mustang. I would like to put the direct fire from it onto my SVO, single plug/distibutor engine. The '91 has 2 plugs per cylinder and 2 coil packs like a V8. I guess the duel plugs fire at the same time. Can I use the EDIS module and just fire 1 coil pack and not hook anything to the other side or will I need to get a module for a single setup?

91-93 Mustang 2.3l dual plug systems use a module that is not directly compatible with the MegaJolt. The coil packs are OK.

thanks for the info. looking at another post it looks as though an Escort or Tracer should have the module I need. that should be easy to find, Ford built a million Escorts.
