Is it possible to mount the triggerwheel "flush" on the pulley , or do i need a bit space between the pulley an the trigger wheel.
Regarding the sensor's sensitivety that maybe will be "disturbes" by the steel in the pulley if it mounted to close...

Fitting triggerwheel on pulley
Hello knastenrad,
If that's the front side of your front pulley, then fine. If that's the back that faces your crankshaft, you can't mount it flush. There has to be enough clearance for the center of the VR sensor to point directly at the center of each tooth on the trigger wheel.
And the VR sensor itself is about 1/2" wide.
I think you'd be better off welding it to the front face of your pulley. If you do that, you have to make certain that it's perfectly centered on your pulley so the teeth don't get close, and then move away from the sensor.
Does that make sense?

It is the oppsite side of the crank yes.
I had plan's to modify it to fit the rear side.. but the easiest will be in the front.
Then i have to machine a spacer to get enough clearance.
And it will be hooked up in a lathe when welding.
Thx!
