Will my megajolt lose its memory

Hi all, I,m about to use my megajolt on a race car, what I want to know is will the megajolt lose its memory when I remove power, as on the race car it has a power switch which I turn off from time to time during race meetings.

No, not at all.

Some of mine are unpowered for many weeks - none have forgotten anything yet!

The map is stored in FLASH memory which doesn't need any power to retain its contents.
