Race Maps

Now that I have mastered the system to the extent of loading existing maps, I am looking for a race map for a 1.8 Zetec with R1 Bike carbs, solely to be used for track days, is there anyone out there can assist or point me the right direction or even better explain how I can put in my own settings, a tptal novice when it comes to changing the configs.
