Your second attempt would have worked with a '.' before s19 !

Try again, making sure you are using the file name EXACTLY as shown in the folder.
Carefully review the command you have typed in before hitting <enter>, looking for any extra characters (like the '.' after 'exe' in the first attempt) abd any missing characters.

ok good news, thank you to all who helped, i am now having trouble downloading the 3.2.1 controller software, gives me a error that the file is either currupt or incomplete, it does this when i try and run the program after either downloading to my pc or double clicking from the site.

any ideas?

thanks again

I don't think it's corrupt on the web site - I've just downloaded it and it installed perfectly - so it must be "at your end"

When you've downloaded it, is it the full size (1,994KB)?

Hi Grant, so you did indeed get the controller flashed- where it showed 100% complete?

When you click on the 3.2.1 configuration software, is it asking you to download or run right away?

if you're having it 'run' right away, you might want to have it save the file to a specific location and then run the setup afterwards.

I presume it's a temporary problem since you were able to download the older configuration software with no problems.

wooohooo its working now,

thanks heaps to all especially Brent,

with this latest config what are the new options available, "Dual ignition config" within global controller options.

so now all i have to do is get it started, i think the VR sensor is out slightly from the 90 degrees before TDC mark so i might have to slightly move it around a little.

will keep you all posted.

and thanks once again

Grant
