2.0 Zetec Blacktop map.

Running twin 40's
34mm chokes
Mains 125 ( 130 probably better )
Pump Jets 45
Idle Jets 60F9
Air Jets 155
Emulsion F16

TPS

With Raceline exhaust , in Caterham , engine Standard

174.3 BHP

Note the tickover bin is set at 3deg because we could not get the tickover low enough on my car
most should set this to 12 deg

Looking at your map couldn't you remove the 6000rpm line and put another break point lower down instead.?
You would only be 0.5degree away at worst from your current values by interpolation alone.
Just a thought.

Yes I already have made a map with both 6500 and 5500 removed and added 2 more lines , but this is the map that
I got on the rolling road. It works well , but at the time I didn't know the system as well as I do now and neither did the RR operator. I don't think the extra bins low down will make much if any difference.
I will have a play with the live mapping in my car at the low end to see if any improvements can be made.
