Switching config resets maps

Using a Version 2 board, with firmware version 2.8.0 and PC Configuration/Tuning software, version 3.2.1

I load up 2 different maps, click on open file, click on write ignition configuration.

Then flick switch, and repeat for 2nd map.

When I return to map 1, it has reset to the factory defaults, flick switch again and map 2 has reset.

Any ideas ?

Well, it's certainly not 100% obvious either! Soon to be properly documented.
