The ignition map grid

just a quick question, is ther a way to change the grid size of the ignition map, iv noticed alot of pictures show a 10 x 12 grid?

Hello Luke,

The controller is fixed for a 10 x10 grid. Where are you seeing a 10x12?

12x12 sounds like MegaSquirt Extra

you may change it to 10x10 if you change the values

That map is indeed a megasquirt map, belonging to a guy called wil_h and was posted on minifinity.com early last year. If you look on minifinty's technical library (link near the top of the boards) there's a MJLJ article, and within that is a link to the map database. In there is a 10x10-ified version I created by jiggling it around an removing feild where they weren't so badly needed.

thats great thanks, im mostly just making sure i can do everything correctly befor i purcase one in jan, as im not an amazing machanic. so any tips would be great
