Ya, me too.
I am finding it totally impossible to figure out what is needed to done. I have my unit assembled, but have spent more time trying to understand what I need to do to run the programming/configuring software. I am completely inexperienced when it comes to Java, .jar, .s19, directories, assembling files from other files. If anyone has a link to a place that can explain this all, or unlimited patients to explain I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks,
Mike

Software problems
All,
I kn ow some people have problems installing the MegaJlot Tuning software so I have developed an installation package for it. It can be downloaded from my files section http://www.performancelocost.co.uk/files/ but please bear in mind it is 13Mb as it contains the required java.
Dr Evil,
the trick to getting it to work with USB to Serial converters is to make sure the vertual com port created by the adaptor is in the range of 1-4. This can normally be done on either the software that come with the adpator or diretcly in device manager from your control panel.
