the only thing that I can ad is that the ic is a 68hc908q4cp even when the manual with the demoboard says that it is a 68hc908qt4.

You need to load the correct 08p file first , it is a while since i last used the software but I had problems at first, tick the box to ignore security check and then load the 08p file for the processor and the s19 firmware file.

Hi
I used the 908qt4 usermon algorithm .
Now I can erase and load the s19 file for the vr simulator.
However this gives the error inv address $0000FFDE - $0000FFE1
When I continue anyway it programs all the other stuff and ends with the message " programming adress $F6E4.programmed
I'm a newbie but I think that the code needs to be changed a bit , to work with my board.
I also think that the adress is occupied by the "user monitor"

Any thoughts ?
