My map sensor doesn't work

Hi,
First time i've buy a tps kit and after, i've modifie to map sensor, i put the 270 ohms R4, 0.1uf capacitor C1 and C4 and the MPX 4250 AP, i've remove all component to the TPS but the map don't work ?

If you put a meter set to ohms across the map sensor leads, and you suck on the hose, does the reading on the meter change? If so, then sensor id good. Otherwise, check all your solder joints.

Make sure the MAP sensor is installed right-side-up- check the pictures in the assembly guide for help. Also verify the MAP sensor is receiving +5v- the voltage check procedures in the assembly guide will also help.
