Sequential Shift Light LED Measurements?

Post by spetom »

I'm trying to design a faceplate that I can install in the car to house the LEDs. But since I've now soldered them onto the PCB, I'm finding it hard to get an accurate measure of the distances.

They're 5mm LEDs, but does anyone know the distance between the LEDs in each 'cluster'? And how far apart each cluster is from the next?

Cheers,

Tom

Hi Tom,

Apologies for not getting back on this sooner. I'll upload an image of the LED locations at 100 DPI resolution , which, once printed out appropriately, should provide you with a useful template.

Here you go!

It's actually sized at 200 DPI. Print it with the appropriate scaling, and use the cross-hair marks of the LEDs as your drill marks.

Hope this helps,
