Aux input for engine temps

Just a quick on here guys, and please bear with me as im new to the megajolt thing.

Im building a vauxhall 1600 16v small block on YZF1000 carbs using the TPS as the signal to the MJJL.

What im needing to know is, do you need two maps? One for a cold engine and the other for a heated engine?

And have them either switched manually via the switch, or can it be done automatically via a temp sensor in a waterway.

Any help would be most grateful
