8 individual coils
I am sure that 8 individual coils can be used with Megajolt by pairing the coils in wasted spark configuration BUT, (I was told) there is some type of noise cancelation device in the stock Ford wiring harness for these coils. Does anyone have any input on this? Are the noise cancellers necessary? Was I misinformed about such a thing existing? Thanks
With regard to individual coils, search our forums on the term 'coil on plug' - there are certain trade-offs when pairing coil on plug units on individual EDIS coil channels.
With regards to noise cancellation- could you be referring to the condensers installed near the coil packs? Typically those can be eliminated from most EDIS installations.
