Odd question about stabilising the Vacuum

How did people open the fuel filters they are using to smooth out the signal?

The ones I’ve look at seem to be thermally sealed.

Also can you load the .csv file back into the software?
I had to use Excel to produce the details.

i dont believe they opened them up at all! i think it was just a case of leaving the flter element in there, a little like plug and play!
