Second hand Megajolt--newbie question !!

I have just bought a secondhand Megajolt--how do i tell which version it is ?
It only says Megajolt on the casing and I notice that all the latest ones seem to say Megajolt Lite Jnr.
If it is a very old version is that a problem ?

Take the lid off the box and have a look at the printed circuit board

Is a Version 3 board

Is a Version 2 board

No problem using an old version I'm using a Version 2 myself.
