Cranking bin figure

[Supercharged Nat]

I have a question regarding the cranking load/rpm bin (1,1). am i right in thinking the the megjolt looks this bin up during cranking?- if so what sort of advance figure do i want in there- higher than my idle advance or lower?

if its higher than the idle advance, how much higher should it be for example, say the idle advance is 12 degrees, what shoudl the first bin be, 14, 20, 30 ?

same goes if it should be lower...
