edis pin removal

hey guys, can anyone tell me how to take the pins out of the edis connection? the pip wire keeps breaking off because it is such a small gauge and i think if i solder the wire to a new pin and plug that in it wont break on me but i cant figure out how to remove the pins......anyone have any pics? thanks

thanks ken, did you reuse the old pins or get new ones? if you got new ones does anyone know where they can be found?
