I've been thinking about this for a bit. ~$10 apparently (not incl OX sensor/bung)

Ah yes, the venerable LM3914N. I built a dual audio power level meter with the LM3915N (logarithmic response) variant. Good stuff.

I've just built one of these from scratch, haven't seen this til now, lol. Thanks for the values of R1 and R2 was still playing with them to get them right.
