EDIS numbering

Post by dave9469 »

I've 2 EDIS6 modules with slightly different numbering. One’s 91-BB-12K072-BA and the other's F4ZF-12K072-AB. Does anybody know what the first and last set of characters mean? I'm assuming they may be a date and revision so I'd like to know how to decode them and if they both have the same features. I remember reading a post about multiple sparks and wondered if any of these can do that?

dave, AFAIK, all EDIS are capable of multi spark, but note that MJ is not.
