Will this shielded cable do???

Hi,
I will soon be in a position to enter the dark world of megajolt.
All that is needed is the shielded wire so was wondering if this would do.

Also the cable shield is to be earthed at one end
So what is the other end connected to?

hi.. only one end of the shield needs to be earthed.
