Use my standard TPS?

Post by Skytrax »

Hello !

i have a golf mk2 8V turbo with a old Haltech F3 fuel System , I want to use Megajolt also to control the ignition.

Do I need two TPS?? or can I use the same TPS as my f3 without interference ?

Grateful for the response

As long as your existing TPS uses a 5V reference, I don't think there'd be a problem, but on a Turbocharged motor you'd be better off using MAP sensing anyway as this would give you the facility to program in boost-retard.

Hello!

Okay, i see .. my F3 also has a MAP sens in the data box.

I am a little unsure if my TPS uses 5V
