V4 switch option between maps

V4 switch option between maps
I am just in the process of upgrading a damaged v3 to a v4 and intend to fit the option switch.So that i can switch between 2 maps.Do i understand right that the mj v4 will switch between the 2 maps on the basis that the switch is open or clossed (ground)

100% correct! Open is configuration 1, closed is configuration 2. Make sure you get a really good ground at the MJLJ when the switch is closed. I got a poor ground at first and my system wouldn't stay in configuration 2. I eventually brought the ground to the same terminal strip that I used to ground all other components of the system: problem solved.
