Checking 10 BTDC when +12V to coil comes through the MJLJ

Post by Patriq »

I'm about to reconfirm 10dgs BTDC with EDIS only on my rebuilt engine.
But.... since I've updated my V3 with a hard rev-limit module, +12V to coil is via the +12V source in the MJLJ. So I have to run MJLJ with EDIS when checking to feed the coil.

Could I simply load a table saying 10dgs in all bins and turn my rebuilt dizzy with 72-2 wheel until the mark on the pulley indicates 10dgs BTDC ?

Yes... that would work just fine.
