ETC sensor

Iam fitting a Megajolt V4 TPS to my Ford DOHC 8v twinky with fazer 1000 carbs.
I want to connect the engine temp sensor to megajolt aux input.
As the sensor has 2 wires and megajolt only needs one for aux input does anyone have any idea which one of the wires to use?

The temp sensors are not polarized- so, just wire one side of the sensor to a good ground point on the engine and route the other to the aux input of the Megajolt.
