Q: setup for twin coils

Post by AZA510 »

I hope this is not a noob question Im about to ask but here goes.....

I have a 36 tooth crank wheel VR sensor and twin coild packs and I was wondering if there is a way to get these running on my 4ag engine (running twin 45 webers).

Just to make this clear the coil packs have ignitors built in. is there a way to run the coils and the megajolt without the EDIS module and plug it into the coils as the ignitors are built in??

The current version of Megjolt does require the use of the EDIS module and conventional coil packs - not ones with built-in igniters.

A future version of Megajolt with the moniker "Coil On Plug" will be designed to work with coil packs having built-in igniters, like the ones from the GM LS-1 motor, Toyota's coil-on-plug modules, and etc.
