error message in get config

Hi gents,
i get the following error message when i try to get config (well this is the first part of it) -
javax/comm/unsupportedCommOperationException.. followed by -
java.lang.noclassdeffounderror

any ideas would be gratefully appreciated

ignore the last posting, sussed it now, not sure how but fannied around with the software and it now works! result.
