Hi all,
Following on from: http://www.autosportlabs.org/viewtopic.php?t=3416 I have just received my new VR sensor, connector plug, terminals and shielded wire.
I bought them from here: http://trigger-wheels.com/store/contents/en-uk/d10.html
I need to solder the wires to the pins and assemble the plug/connector - are there any online resources detailing how to do this, in particular, how to insert the pins into the plug one the wires are connected to the pins?
Any help appreciated.
Thanks.

There are tools for crimping these connectors- I believe that is the ideal approach, providing you can get a proper, tight crimp. Having the right tool matters here.
Some will use hand tools to manually crimp the connector over the wires, and then solder. I believe this to be a good alternative, but in a high vibration environment the connector can cause the wire to break away (this is probably true for crimped as well). Hence, stabilizing the connector and wiring harness is important.

its not so much connecting the wires to the pins, more getting the pins into the connector plug that I cant figure!brentp wrote:There are tools for crimping these connectors- I believe that is the ideal approach, providing you can get a proper, tight crimp. Having the right tool matters here.

thanks.
The pins simply push into the connector from the rear (cable side) once you have crimped/soldered the wires in place.
