Getting Ready - SIM and Data Requirements

I'd like to verify the SIM card and data requirements for the telemetry package.

SIM - T-Mobile Mobile Broadband SIM only kit (this is the only way to buy a card I can find).

Data - How much data do I need? Will 300 MB for a race weekend (the $15 option) be enough?

Roaming - T-Mobile has pretty crap service in the northeast, and I'm worried about service at the track. Does this broadband kit allow for roaming on to other networks?

I looked up T-Mobile's coverage at WGI, NJMP, and Mid Ohio and all have just 2G coverage. Should work for us.

FYI, I had almost no coverage with Verizon at Summit Point Shenendoah (up at Main was fine), so highly doubtful there will be any T-Mobile coverage there.
