minimum lap time

I'm getting lap times every two laps, pretty consistently. My lap times are in the 24 second range. Is there a 30 second minimum lap time or something? Can I configure this?

There might be some hysteresis in the firmware that is locking out the checking for a new lap until after a certain amount of time. Let me check on that.
