Outputs

Has any one measured the voltage of the outputs. I can only get 5volts output for the shift light, outputs 1 to 4.

Has anyone had the same?

Other than that the circuit appears to be running great on a zetec engine.

I think that the outputs are switches and not power outputs
The 5 volts you get is maybe the power for the map sensor
In my unit the map sensor is removed en the power is connected to
one of the pgm outputs to feed the tps sensor.

Found the problem the outputs are switched to ground. This means if powering a relay one side of relay is connect to 12 volts otherside connected to output

Correct, the output switch to ground, so you externally power the device. I would not recommend anything that consumes a lot of current- 700ma would be the max, I would say. Use a relay to drive a high powered device (like an intercooler sprayer. :) )
