Tach signal from MJ

I'm having trouble getting a solid tach signal form my Mega Jolt. The tach I have on the dash works fine but the RaceCapture doesn't seem to like it no matter what software settings I choose for it. Just gives me really erratic readings. Maybe this isn't a software issue but figured I'd have to start somewhere

What tach signal are you using from the Megajolt to drive it?

Just splitting the one to the tachometer. So from the MJ tach out to the tachometer and racecapture's input. Just put a scope on it this weekend and am seeing 2v square wave. No noise at all.

Can you test it without the tachometer attached? you should be seeing a square wave larger than 2v... this is a bit odd.
