Digital inputs

I'm trying to configerate 2 digital inputs so I can log them for launch and first gear.

They feed 5v thru a relay which controlled by a button.

But when One of the buttons are activated both chennels jumps on, and when activation i disabled they stay on in the logger for 3-5 seconds.

I have also tried to feed 5v thru a button same result

What am I missing??
