i assembled my mjlj and it talked to my pc, great stuff, now a question about my trigger wheel, its the same outer diameter as my pulley, will i need a spacer between the pulley and wheel so the the metal from the pulley wont interfere with integrity of the signal see pic: http://www.bowler.fslife.co.uk/sensorwheel.jpg

You should be fine with your setup. A friend of mine welded the sensor wheel right to a steel pulley- see his setup under the ignition section on http://www.4agte.com
