Miata "mount"

OK, this one is so simple it's hardly worth posting, but perhaps it will provide some ideas. A while ago I added a 12v outlet inside the center console, so dropping the RC in there was pretty simple with a bit of industrial strength velcro (may switch to the "Scotch" fastener at some point). Note that I don't have an OBD connection as it's a '94 with a Hydra ECU. Hidden (no distracting flashing lights), near center of car, easily powered, and good GPS (since it's a Miata).
