My understanding is CAN ID is below

E4600 (base) +20 => E4620

Is it correct?

Offset meaning byte?

i want to know CAN setting.
(e.g ID , byte , bit )

The +20 offset is in decimal, not hex. Try adding 20 to the decimal base address.
