Podium Connect USB

I have a newly installed Podium Connect, it is powered up and shows green lights, I have tried the Racecapture USB connect with 2 different laptops and 2 different cables, it says connecting and gets nowhere. Is there a USB driver to be installed?

Hi, What version of windows are you attempting to use? If it is older than Windows 10, then you will need to install the specific Windows driver.

For a quick resolution, try a Windows 10 computer or Apple / OSX. Those do not need a driver.

All my laptops run Win 7 (I dont like subsequent versions) can you please point me to to the correct USB Driver
