out of the box - what can I do ?

OK. I own a brand new MJ/E MK2

While I wait to get all the components in my shed, what can I do with this box of tricks?

Can I plug it into my laptop and look inside , the the software screen etc?

Did it leave the factory with some base timing figures in the bins?

I know I will need a cranking starting timing of 20 degrees maybe even 26 as this is how I have run my old ECU free dizzy .

Can I set that in ?

Happy for any tips from those who have gone before me on this path

You can power the megajolt using the USB connection, and then you'll be able to read and write configurations to it. Nothing exciting happens until you connect it to a motor.

Bit more space in my head now without that question filling up my RAM. I better hook 'er up and have a little look. Thanks Brent
