Ordering Parts?
So I tried to order my MJLJ pieces from Digikey with the MAP sensor. The MAP sensor is on backorder till August of this year!!! So is there any other place that I can order all those components along with a MAP sensor. Reason being is that I don’t want to have to pay for shipping for 3 items (circuit board, components and MAP sensor). Can we order component kits from this site? I’d just rather order everything altogether and have it show up ready to begin to soldering (like the MS system).
I am considering doing full
I am considering doing full component kits, or just providing the harder to find parts, like the PCB molex connector and MAP sensor.
Yep, the MAP sensors are currently hard to find..

Here you can find electronic components:
http://www.vancebaldwin.com/
http://www.radioshack.com/
and your local electronics store.
It's good to have the latest ECG manual. I suggest you download a copy from e-mule. www.emule-project.net
It is true, you spend more money by buying parts from different places. However, it's not that much, and putting kits together requires some investment and thus you pay more, it's a no-win the way I see it. A good alternative to reduce overall cost of Megajolt is to have it use Russian parts, I'd say cost will be reduced by around 60%.
