Very nice car you have there!
I've also used the Sierra CVH pulley - but I've had it machined down to accept the original alternator belt , it fits pretty much straight on to my engine , which is also CVH:

Serial cable question
If I can see characters displayed on hyperterminal when connecting power to the megajolt , does this mean the cable is working correctly? I get characters appearing when I connect the power , however no response to the "C" or "S" commands. Any help would be greatly appreciated as...

9V enough?
My MJ unit is complete, I have used a 9v battery during the build to test voltages , but will this be enough to power the unit for a connectivity test with my computer or does it require 12v?
