I didn't have a convenient 9V battery lying around to power my MJLJ so I had hooked the power wires up to a transformer from an old cordless phone which said it outputted 9V. The LED came on nice and bright so I assumed it was working fine.
I was going to post it back tomorrow to Trigger Wheels (who have been extremely helpful, by the way) but thought I'd just test the voltage going in as my multimeter was handy. Well, it wasn't registering anything - don't know why but a few minutes work and a 9V battery later (which I had picked up over the weekend) - I'm connected with no problems over my USB/Serial connection....
Still can't get the damn thing to work (MJLJ/E)
