only running on 3 cylinders, classic mini

I've got a 1293 turbo with a 266 cam, running a freshly installed megajolt. Loaded with map21 from the directory.
I noticed that it was misfiring today and wouldn't go past 3k when rev ing. I pulled out the plugs one by one to see a change in revs and when removing the 3rd cylinder it didn't change. I changed plugs and leads on this and still not firing. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be?

Does the plug give a spark when you have it out of the engine block and have it earthed?
