As above.
I need to find the best way to mount my 36-1 wheel and vr sensor, so want to see how other people have done it :)

Have you looked in the "Powered by MJLJ" part of the forum?

IIRC there are a few pictures there.....

It's on a Ford XFlow, but you may get some inspiration from http://community.webshots.com/album/187745001srPbmU

Again, not on a Vaux pulley, but here's how my Sierra trigger is fitted to the Mini'd crank damper with some simple lathe work. It might give you some ideas -

Assembled:

The shoulder:

The trigger is a light interference fit, and held on with loctite and three csk screws.

Cheers for the pics.
Martin-That looks a very pro install. Dry sump eh, guess thats revving quite highly then?

Think the best way for me to do it will be like above, get both lathed so they are a tight fit, and then use a few bolts to hold it secure.

Rev limiter is at 8500rpm - and it spends a significant amount of time there as well!

I sat in it on the rolling road at 7500rpm in top gear doing real time tuning of the ignition map
