Finally I have my laser cutted trigger wheel, it took me so long to find the right supplier, that I forgot how I intended to attach it to my car's pulley.

Presumably the curved slots are to allow adjustment of trigger position. Nice.
So, what diameter, what thickness, and obviously you had a few spares made...?! If so, how much?

Yes since I don't know yet the position for the sensor in relation to TDC I've made the slots for ease adjustment (no need to move the sensor).

In the meantime I found a solution! I taped the wheel to the pulley! ;)

I was billed today 17 - 03 - 2005

35 Euros each, not too bad, there is a good quntity of metal with 12mm thickness.

I think it can be made cheaper with 6mm steel.
