switchable ignition map

Enabling switchable maps involves wiring in the switch, which can be found in the Installation guide; and then enabling the feature in the firmware.
To enable the feature in the firmware, set the option in the "Global Controller options", in the configuration software. Once you've enabled the feature you should see feedback in the Configuration software when you switch between configurations.
You can also define the configuration software's behavior when the configurations are switched- see the 'options' dialog for this.

Nope, that transistor isn't related to map switching- and no board modifications are needed on the V3 controller to enable this feature.
Wiring the switch is covered in the Installation guide, here: http://www.autosportlabs.net/MJLJ_V3_ve ... E_3.1.0.29

Martin, thanksMartinM wrote:Yes, that is the way that you can connect the switch for a TPS installation.
For a MAP installation you can use the same connections but you have to add R3 (1K) onto the PCB to deliver 5v to the TPS Ref connector
I will try to connect the option switch and then counting them.
