I have two ground connections for the whole loom, one in the dash and one in the engine bay but they share the same wire. Is it only the software reporting a random error message when freezing or does the ECU really switch to the second ignition setup? Yes, I am using a USB-to Serial adapter I also ...

I made the wiring myself. Before I put it in the car I checked every wire for continuity connector to connector. The SAW output of the Megajolt fluctuates between 0.15 and 0.18V at the ECU out. Didn't check if the signal is getting to the EDIS connector and don't know how to check without removing t...

I did an 8v to 16 conversion so it's a different engine. I did keep the fueling and carbs from the old engine (same cc) so there shouldn't be any problems with fueling. The shop next to the one my car's in is a bike repair shop and they have vacuum gauges. I'll have to see how the vacuum behaves, if not I'll have to find a way to use the injection TPS with the carbs. I need to figure out which of the two systems I need because the dizzy vacuum capsule is broken and...

Can I use MAP on my setup?
I have a Peugeot 205 Gti 1.9 8V running Mikuni carbs from a GSX-R1100 (no TPS) and a Kent PT23 Race cam with 304 degrees duration and 12.4 valve lift. I've built a vacuum reservoir from a ~300mm long 40mm diameter pipe, connected via 4 nozzles to the inlets, each 10 mm internal diameter and approxim...
