Another VW engine...almost stock

I have a stock 1600cc dual port engine in my super beetle with dual solex/kadron carbs. There is currently no vacuum port on them. Do i need a specific vacuum port or can i just install one on one of my or both of my manifolds and run them together? http://www.pbase.com/tedzillich/image/40392289.jpg

Wave soldering??

I have a guy that said he can get my board wave soldered for me.

I see that there is a certain order to assemble the board.

Can i get this wave soldered, is there a specific instruction to go this route that anyone might be able to help me with?

Thanx ahead
