I think it's possible and it

I think it's possible and it was on my plan to give it a try. Wasted spark in the EDIS form means that you have two plugs connected to one coil. Wasted spark works also if you connect two COP (coil over plug) in parallel with the same coil driver wire, two plugs will be fired at the same time by two...

Hi Ivan,the firing order

Hi Ivan,

the firing order it's 1-4-3-2 I guess I have to relabe a couple of cables in any case.

I understand from you comment that the coils are pared 1/4 and 3/2, so with my firing order i have to connect the plugs this way:

COIL CYL
1 --- 1
3 --- 4
4 --- 3
2 --- 2

Right?

Need help, I can't get the engine run :(

Ok, I had to stop the project for a while but now I'm on it again, yesterday I did my last failed attempt... All I know it's now I have nice blue sparks on the plugs but no fun just backfires. The engine runs happy with it's distributor so a problem with the engine is out of the question. I'm sure a...

Instead of modify the firmwar

Instead of modify the firmware, it will be possible to have a sensor selection in the PC configuration software or just a check box were to input the absolute pressure value for the sensor in use? I think it's just a easy calculation, that will make possible to use MJLJ with any (most) Map sensors o...

I found the thech specs of the map sensor (and more) on their website: http://www.magnetimarelli.com/racing/Sensors_2005.pdf The part I have are PRT 03, specs are at page 5 of the PDF file. It would be interesting to ask a quote for the PRT 06 wich is 250Kpa, it can be a nice replacement for the Mot...

Well I don't know what to think, the wheel is made of mild steel and it's mgagnetic for sure as he sensor stick to wheel itself. I did the measurements at the pick up connector with a shielded probe cable, connected and not connected to the edis module, I've also reversed the polarity a couple of ti...

I think that the best setup w

I think that the best setup will be to have vacuum ports on both carbs tied toghether to a small volume canister (a fuel filter like thinghy) to smooth out the pulsations.

One carb may also work with the canister trick if you still have the stock camshaft.

In a way or another it will work.

I thought about that,I built

I thought about that, I've built the test bench by simply using the triggerwheel alone (whithout the pulley) attached to a drill press. My idea is that the teeths are etither too close, not leaving enough air gap between them or maybe not deep enough. Even if I've compared my wheel with other pics o...

Mr. Overbudjet says: I've

Mr. Overbudjet says: I've tried the new sensor (SMP PC18 equivalent) over the weekend, the signal is the same as the ABS sensor, this leads me to think that there is something wrong with the thoothed wheel. Amplitude is always around 1Vpp Max. that's way far from what I've seen around as spec. mmmm....
